Consultation Booking Terms
These booking terms explain how consultation requests are handled, when appointments can be arranged, how payment is confirmed, and what customers can expect before a service is agreed.
01 / BOOKING Consultation Booking
Consultation appointments are arranged in advance so that enough time can be set aside to properly understand the event requirements and discuss the services that may be suitable.
A booking request is not automatically treated as a confirmed appointment. We will review the requested date and time and confirm the arrangement through our usual communication channels.
All consultation bookings must be made at least 1 calendar day before the requested appointment date. Same-day consultation bookings are not available.
02 / NOTICE Advance Booking Requirement
To keep the booking process straightforward, we require at least one full calendar day of notice before a consultation. This gives our team reasonable time to review the request, check availability and prepare for the discussion.
- Requests made on the same calendar day as the proposed consultation will not be accepted.
- Requests must be submitted at least 1 calendar day before the requested consultation date.
- Submitting a request does not guarantee that the requested time will be available.
- An alternative date or time may be suggested where the original request cannot be accommodated.
03 / CONFIRMATION Booking Confirmation
We will confirm the consultation after reviewing the request and checking the relevant schedule.
A consultation should only be treated as confirmed once the customer has received confirmation from VERITAS through an official communication channel.
If the requested time is unavailable, we may contact the customer to discuss another suitable time. We will always try to keep the process clear and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth.
04 / CHANGES Changes and Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a consultation, please let us know as soon as possible using the contact details provided on this website.
- Requests to change a consultation should be made before the scheduled appointment time.
- A new appointment date is subject to availability.
- Repeated changes may require the consultation to be rescheduled to a later available date.
- If an appointment cannot proceed because the necessary information is not available, we may recommend arranging another consultation time.
05 / PAYMENT Payment Arrangements
Payment arrangements are confirmed after the service requirements have been reviewed.
VERITAS does not process online payments through this website.
After the consultation or service requirements have been discussed, customers will receive payment information and booking arrangements through our official communication channels where payment is required.
Available payment methods may vary depending on the agreed service arrangements and customer requirements.
Any applicable price, payment requirement or payment schedule will be communicated before the relevant service is confirmed.
06 / SERVICE Consultation and Service Scope
A consultation is intended to give both sides a clear understanding of the event requirements before any wider service arrangement is made.
During the consultation, we may discuss matters such as the type of event, expected attendance, venue considerations, scheduling, guest arrangements, event flow, coordination requirements and other practical details relevant to the requested service.
A consultation does not automatically include full event planning, event execution or on-site coordination unless those services have been separately discussed and agreed.
Any quotation or service proposal provided after a consultation will be based on the information available at that time. If the event requirements change substantially, the proposed scope or price may also need to be reviewed.
07 / RESPONSIBILITIES Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide reasonably accurate information about the event requirements so that we can understand what is needed and discuss suitable arrangements.
- Provide accurate contact information when making a booking request.
- Provide relevant event details that may affect the planning discussion.
- Let us know about significant changes to the event requirements as soon as reasonably possible.
- Review any proposed service arrangements before confirming them.
- Make any agreed payment according to the payment arrangements communicated for the relevant service.
08 / DISCLAIMER Service Disclaimer
VERITAS will make reasonable efforts to provide clear planning information and coordinate agreed arrangements. However, event plans can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including changes made by venues, suppliers, schedules, attendance, customer requirements or other third-party arrangements.
We will communicate relevant changes where we become aware of them and, where reasonably possible, work with the customer to find a practical alternative.
Information discussed during a consultation is provided for planning and organisational purposes. Customers should review all important arrangements before an event takes place.
Unless expressly agreed as part of a separate service arrangement, VERITAS is not responsible for arrangements that are independently made or controlled by third parties.
