Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before arranging a consultation, planning support or event coordination service. If you still need clarification after reading these answers, you can contact us directly.

Our services are designed around the practical organisation of meetings, award ceremonies, company events, private functions and other organised occasions that require a clear plan and well-managed schedule.

Support can cover areas such as event scheduling, guest list planning, seating arrangements, running orders, programme timing, coordination between different parts of an event and general preparation before the event takes place.

The exact service depends on what you need. Rather than assuming that every event requires the same package, we discuss the requirements first and then establish a suitable scope of work.

The consultation is a practical conversation about what you are planning and what you would like help with. We will look at the type of event, the expected schedule, guest requirements, programme structure and the areas where additional planning support may be useful.

You can also raise specific questions or challenges you have already identified. This gives us a clearer picture of the work involved before any wider service arrangement is agreed.

A consultation does not automatically mean that you are committing to a full planning service. Any further work will be discussed separately after the requirements have been reviewed.

Consultation requests must be submitted at least 1 calendar day before the requested appointment date. Same-day consultation bookings are not available.

For larger events or arrangements involving several planning elements, earlier contact is recommended. More preparation time generally makes it easier to review the requirements properly and organise the relevant schedule.

The requested date and time remain subject to availability. A booking is only confirmed once confirmation has been provided through the appropriate communication channel.

It helps to have the basic event information ready, including the type of event, preferred date, approximate number of guests, expected duration and the main reason you are looking for planning support.

If you already have a running order, guest list, seating plan, programme outline or other useful information, you can mention this during the consultation as well.

You do not need to have every detail finalised before making an enquiry. Part of the consultation is working through the practical details that may still need to be decided.

Yes. Schedule planning and event flow are key parts of the service. We can help structure the order in which different parts of the event take place and make the overall programme easier to follow.

Depending on the agreed scope, this can include timing for guest arrival, seating, introductions, presentations, speeches, award segments, breaks, transitions and the closing part of the event.

The final structure will always be based on the specific requirements of the event. If timings or programme details change, the plan can be reviewed accordingly where this is included within the agreed service.

You can contact us if the event requirements, consultation time or other agreed details need to change. We recommend doing this as early as possible so there is enough time to review the new request.

Changes to a consultation date or time are subject to availability. A new time should not be treated as confirmed until we have confirmed the change.

If a change substantially increases the amount of planning or coordination required, the service scope may need to be reviewed before the revised arrangement is confirmed.

Payment arrangements are confirmed after the service requirements have been reviewed. This allows the scope of the requested work to be understood before the relevant arrangement is finalised.

Online payments are not processed through this website. Where payment is required, customers will receive the relevant payment information and booking arrangements through the official communication channels after the service details have been discussed.

Available payment methods can vary depending on the agreed service arrangement and customer requirements. Any applicable price or payment schedule will be communicated before the relevant service is confirmed.

You can request cancellation by contacting us through the official contact details as soon as you know that the consultation or agreed service is no longer required.

Refund eligibility depends on how much notice is provided before the scheduled service date. A cancellation received at least 3 full calendar days before the service date qualifies for a 100% refund of the eligible amount. A cancellation received 2 days before qualifies for 70%, while 1 day before qualifies for 30%.

Cancellation received on the scheduled service date falls within the 0% refund level. The complete cancellation and refund rules are set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

A booking request is not automatically a confirmed appointment. We first review the requested date, time and service requirements.

Your appointment becomes confirmed when you receive confirmation through the appropriate communication channel. Until then, the requested time remains subject to availability.

For larger or more detailed event arrangements, confirmation may also depend on the final scope of work and the arrangements discussed during the consultation.
