A deep-dive service for clients who already have a venue and some elements booked but need absolute mastery of seating and movement. We analyse your guest list for relationships, hierarchies, and tensions, then produce a multilayer seating plan with contingency placements. Simultaneously, we draw a flow-of-guests diagram—arrival, coat check, reception routes, dinner migration, and egress—to eliminate bottlenecks and awkward collisions. You receive a “baton-pass” transition script for speakers and a granular timing sheet in 30-second increments. An optional on-site walkthrough rehearsal with stand-ins is available.
