At Veritas Services, we strive to provide professional event planning and coordination services that meet our clients’ expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed.

Service Cancellation Before Work Begins

Clients may request a cancellation before any planning or coordination work has commenced. If approved, eligible payments may be refunded, less any non-refundable administrative, processing, or transaction fees that have already been incurred.

Cancellation After Work Has Started

Because event planning services involve time, consultation, scheduling, research, and project management activities, refunds may be reduced or unavailable once work has begun.

If a cancellation request is submitted after services have commenced, any refund amount will be determined based on the portion of work completed, resources allocated, and expenses incurred up to the date of cancellation.

Completed Services

No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully completed, delivered, or performed in accordance with the agreed service scope.

Client-Requested Changes

Requests to modify, postpone, or reschedule services will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Additional fees may apply depending on the extent of the changes and the resources required.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be granted in the following situations:

  • Failure of the client to provide required information or approvals;
  • Client change of mind after substantial planning work has been completed;
  • Delays caused by the client or third-party providers selected by the client;
  • Event cancellations resulting from circumstances outside our control;
  • Services that have already been delivered or completed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, although the time required for funds to appear in the client’s account may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Force Majeure

Veritas Services shall not be liable for refunds or compensation resulting from delays, interruptions, or cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, government actions, transportation disruptions, venue closures, labor disputes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
